Lucky twin thieves

On February 25,2009, three masked robbers boldly break into Kaufhaus Des Westerns, the second largest departmental store in Europe. They used rope ladder and was able to avoid the sensors and alarms.  But they did one small mistake which is they left a single hand glove.  The DNA found on the glove matches two identical twins Hassan and Abbas.
As the DNA matches both of them, the court could not decide which brother committed the crime. German law requires each person to be individually convicted.  So the court had to set the brothers free. The third person accompany with them was never found.
